How much does it cost?
A single user, single PC license of
the full license model (MEMSolver1.2.1)
costs $399. It is an one time payment and license
activation. There is a $100 discount on every additional

System Requirements
-Microsoft Windows XP/Vista
with hard drive atleast 40MB available.
-Microsoft
.Net 1.1 Framework required. The installation program
will check if you already have it installed in your
computer, if not it will install the framework before
installing MEMSolver.
Setup Instructions
First download and install the
evaluation version of the software
(MEMSolver1.2.1).
This will run in trial mode with limited functionality.
Then purchase the Full license by visiting the
purchase page. Select the number of licenses you
want to purchase. You will be directed to the secure
site of our payment processor PayPal. On completion of payment
you will immediately receive an email with a serial number.
If you have made the payment using eCheck or bank
transfer, you will receive this email only after the
payment is processed. This typically takes 3 - 4 days.
If you wish to pay using wire transfer, cheque or
purchase order, please
contact us.
Copy and
paste that serial number into the online activation form and
activate it. Your license will be checked
online and immediately activated. The limitations of the
trial mode version will be removed.
If you do not have internet
connection, you can use the phone activation method.
Please call our customer service number provided in the
email and dictate your
serial number and a pin number shown in the phone
activation form of your software and we will give you a registration number
either by phone or email. Use it to register offline.
